Back in 2024, Porsche announced the opening of the Porsche Experience Center Toronto with a specially built GT3 RS, designed in collaboration between Porsche Cars Canada and Porsche’s Exclusive Manufaktur department. Unveiled at the 2024 Canadian International Auto Show, the car served as a showcase of the capabilities of the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur “Sonderwunsch” (special wishes) program. Now, it’s headed to auction courtesy of RM Sotheby’s.

The car’s livery pays homage to the Canadian flag, created using Porsche Guards Red and White, with the split cleverly aligned with the position of the steering wheel. The red-and-white theme continues in the interior, featuring Pepita inserts on the seat centers and door cards. The PECTO logo is embroidered on the headrests, and an outline of the Toronto skyline replaces the “GT3 RS” script on the illuminated doorsills.

Beyond its striking visual customizations, the GT3 RS is impressively optioned. It includes the Weissach Package, a 90-litre fuel tank, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes with Gloss Black calipers, front axle lift system, dashcam preparation, a fire extinguisher mounted in the passenger footwell, LED-Matrix Design headlights in black, Exclusive Design taillights, a Bose Surround Sound system, automatic dimming mirrors with integrated rain sensor, aluminum pedals and footrest, and traffic sign recognition.

The PECTO GT3 RS toured various Porsche Centres across Canada and has now returned to Toronto, where it will remain on display until the conclusion of the auction. The winning bidder will receive not only the car, but also a scale model, a one-off Porsche Design chronograph, and a driving experience at the Porsche Experience Center Toronto. Additionally, Porsche Cars Canada has pledged that any amount bid over the reserve price will be donated to Campfire Circle—a charity dedicated to bringing joy and healing to children with cancer or serious illness and their families since 1983.
