Ferrari has just unveiled their all-new Amalfi, the front-mid-engine replacement for the Ferrari Roma. Following its predecessor’s philosophy, the Amalfi blends high performance, versatility, and refined aesthetics into one vehicle that maximizes everyday usability—while still delivering the Ferrari adrenaline found throughout the rest of the lineup.

Under the hood lies the next evolution of the 3,855 cc twin-turbo V8, derived from the award-winning F154 engine family. With an engine that has received more international recognition than nearly any other in recent automotive history, this new variant has been optimized to produce 631 hp at 7,600 rpm. An eight-speed dual-clutch transmission ensures fast and smooth gear changes, resulting in a best-in-class power-to-weight ratio of 2.29 kg/hp and a 0–100 km/h time of 3.3 seconds.

Weight savings continue with new lightweight camshafts and a redesigned engine block, precision-machined to eliminate non-structural material. A flat-plane crankshaft, compact low-inertia turbines, twin-scroll technology for separated exhaust gas management, and a single-scroll manifold with equal-length runners all contribute to razor-sharp throttle response and a continuously climbing power curve.

Inside, the Amalfi features a dual-cockpit layout visually unified by a flowing dashboard design that uses premium materials and integrated technology throughout. For the first time ever, the dashboard features a monolithic layout, where the instrument cluster and air vents are fused into a single block. Optional comfort seats with a massage function are available, and to complete the premium driving experience, the optional Burmester® Premium Audio System delivers benchmark sound quality with 14 speakers and 1,200 watts of power.
